Municipal human rights in Ukraine

Abstract
This article analyzes the municipal human rights as a member of a local community, the definition of the constitutional and legal regulation of these rights and the characteristics of their implementation, identify weaknesses and gaps in the legislative regulation of individual municipal rights.
