Abstract
Bu yazı Scott B. Noegel’in “Moses and Magic: Notes on the Book of Exodus” adlı makalesinin (Journal of the Ancient Near Eastern Society 24 (1996), ss.45-59) çevirisidir. Makalenin tercüme edilmesine izin veren, yayıncıdan gerekli izni alan ve tercüme sürecini yakından takip eden Noegel’a çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Noegel İngilizce metindeki birkaç yerde düzeltmeler yapmış ve metnin buna göre çevrilmesini istemiştir. Dolayısıyla tercüme 1996’da yayınlanan makaleden küçük farklılıklar içermektedir.
