MUSTAFA KEMAL PASA’S LEADERSHIP IN DEVELOPING EVENTS FROM THE MONDOROS ARMISTICE AGREEMENT TO THE OPENING OF THE TBMM

Abstract
Mondros armistice agreement signed on October 30, 1918. and The Great National Assembly opened at 23 April 1920. Between these two dates covered the most difficult period of the Turkish National Struggle. This period was absences and incurables. Turkısh army had handed out, picked up weapons and the country occupied (took over). Relevant To all negative conditions, Mustafa Kemal Pasa’s leadership qualification, resolution and determination gave trust and hope to Turkish Nation whom were devastated from long term wars. Turkish people gathered under his leadership and joined the war of death and death and saved the homeland by liquidated the all enemies and the İstanbul government. Although liberated them and opened the Turkish National Assembly which meant that the new Turkish State’s be founded. Mustafa Kemal Pasa’s determination is seen in every case. Do not go to Samsun!, Do not make conventions!, despite the warning that the British would arrest, he did. His high persuasiveness seen, especially in his meeting with American General Harbour in Sivas, Amasya Interview and Misak-ı Milli Anthem. When he sentenced to execution, came to Ankara and took the leadership of the National Struggle, arrested the British officers after the invasion of Istanbul showed that his leadership’s high courage and responsibility. In addition, using any initiative in any case is another qualification of his leadership.
