Abstract
Одной из важнейших проблем налоговой политики является ограничение явления нелегального избежания оплаты налогов. С экономической точки зрения, эффективное противодействие неоплате налогов требует создания соответствую- щих поощрений к честной оплате налого- вых выплат, при одновременной безсмыс- ленности обмана в декларациях, которые складываются.
