Abstract
Nanotechnology involves the manipulation of matter in atomic and molecular scale. It is emerging as a principal discipline that is integrating chemistry and materials science. It holds the promise of being a main driver of technology with significant impact for all aspects of society. Nano manufacturing is manufacturing at the nanoscale.
