NANOTECHNOLOGIES AND NANOMATERIALS IN FOOD INDUSTRY

Abstract

This article is devoted to the emergence and development of nanotechnologies, to their use in the food industry, and to the effect of nanoparticles on biological objects. Problems of human health and environmental protection are considered in the context of development of nanotechnologies and nanomaterials.
