Abstract
: Nanotechnology involves the manipulation of matter at the atomic and molecular scale. Integrating chemistry and materials science, Nanotechnology is emerging as a primary driver of technology, delivering significant impacts in many areas of society. Nanotechnology is now used in chemistry, physics, biology, and engineering. This paper provides a brief introduction to the use of nanotechnology in the chemicals industry.
