Abstract
Визначено необхідність змінити підходи до управління природними ресурсами з переходом до перспективного управління природними активами, основною ознакою яких є віддача від залучення ресурсу в економічні відносини. В межах загальної парадигми фінансоміки окреслено основні напрями трансформації структури управління природними ресурсами територіальних громад, які включають у себе: ідентифікацію прав власності на природні об’єкти, капіталізацію природних ресурсів шляхом їх повноцінного залучення як активів до господарського обігу через підприємницьку діяльність, розвиток схем структурно-проектного управління природними активами та зміна ролі державних органів управління природокористуванням з делегуванням відповідної частини повноважень дозвільного, розпорядного та контрольного характеру територіальним громадам.
