Наследственные права лиц, не состоящих в зарегистрированном браке

Abstract
Общеизвестно, что фактические супруги в России не относятся к числу наследников по закону в отношении друг друга. Настоящая работа посвящена анализу правовых норм российского права применительно к лицам, не состоящим в зарегистрированном браке между собой. В статье рассматривается опыт регулирования наследственных правоотношений сожителей за рубежом. Для решения проблемы наследования пережившим сожителем имущества умершего предлагается вариант правовой регламентации наследственных отношений сожителей, приемлемый для российской правовой системы. Так, в частности, рассматривается возможность признания сожителей в случае длительного совместного проживания (более 3 лет) наследниками первой очереди по отношению друг к другу.
