National and spiritual characteristics of preschool children education as acme personalities

Abstract
In this paper, we highlight issues of national and spiritual characteristics of the upbringing of preschool–age children as acme personalities, and reforms in the field of preschool education. It is necessary to create conditions for acme personality. Direction to life in the spirit of the development of skills, talent, to seek and desire to innovate.
