NATIONAL MODELS OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: CHARACTERISTICS AND FORMATION MECHANISM

Abstract
In this article the preconditions for development of corporate social responsibility national models have been analyzed. A comparative description of the main corporate social responsibility models (American, European, British, Asian (Japanese), post-Soviet (Russian)) has been made. The formation mechanism of corporate social responsibility national models, which reflects the factors and the process of its development, has been explored. The priority directions of influence on the formation of corporate social responsibility national models have been determined.
