NATURAL AND POSITIVE LAW: THE CONCEPT OF UNITY AND CONFLICT OF OPPOSITES LAW

Abstract
The dynamic of development of the law as the dual phenomenon on the basis of the study of the unity and struggle of opposites of its components, namely the natural and positive law was analyzed in the article. Is the basis of understanding the existence of law as a whole in the process of dialectical development. Looking at the problem from this point of view gives the opportunity for a common approach to the definition of the law.
