NATURE AND CONTENT OF «TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT» CONCEPT

Abstract
Nowadays there are many points of view on the nature of «Total quality management» concept that have significant differences. This causes certain difficulties in the implementation of «Total quality management» at the local enterprises. The study has defined the notion of «Total quality management» as a concept that involves gradual and continuous improvement of an organization, is aimed at ensuring the quality in all areas of the organization’s work and achieving a long-term success through meeting the demands of consumers, members of organizations and the society in general. Also a list of components of total quality management is suggested, whose implementation ensures total quality.
