NATURE AND KEY ASPECTS OF THE STUDY OF THE ECONOMIC CATEGORY “BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT”

Abstract
The article analyses theoretical approaches to the understanding of the category of “development.” It is determined that there is quite often used such terminology as “movement,” “evolution,” “growth,” “change,” “progress” and others identifying it with the notion of “development,” although these terms are not identical, but have a certain interconnection. A comparative analysis of existing definitions of the economic category “business development” was conducted. The key aspects were identified and the author’s definition of the economic category “business development” was formed.
