Nature and system of forensic description of crimes related to establishment or running of brothels and pimping

Abstract
The article deals with of some aspects of the investigation of criminal offenses on the facts ofcreating or running brothels and procuring for fornication. The emphasis is placed on the role and place of forensic characteristics of these criminal acts in the method of their investigation. The structure of the forensic characterization of crimes related to the establishment or running of brothels and pimping consists of the following elements: typical methods of committing crimes, the situation of crimes, a typical trace pictur, the typical person of the offender, typical motives and the purpose of committing crimes.
