Nauczyciel-artysta. O roli wychowawcy w szkole waldorfskiej

Abstract
Teacher as an Artist. About the Class Teacher at the Waldorf School In the paper the model of class teacher, created in 1919 in Stuttgart by Rudolf Steiner, is presented. The article describes specific for Waldorf schools concept of integrated teaching which is carried out through the period of primary education. The author introduces specific solutions such as lack of marks or handbooks. Furthermore, there are presented the possibilities and challenges that are met by a class teacher at the Waldorf School. The anthropological assumptions that lie at the bottom of such a model are discussed as well as a few key teaching at Waldorf school issues such as the meaning of rhythm, education as an art, the authority of the class teacher and teacher’s self development.
