Nauka sfeudalizowana. O wątpliwych kryteriach oceny osiągnięć naukowych

Abstract
Artykuł podejmuje problematykę oceniania dorobku naukowego. Wzięto pod uwagę różnorodne uwarunkowania deformacji oceny oraz zależność kryteriów od uwarunkowań niemerytorycznych. Niejasne kryteria oceny pracy naukowej mają szczególne znaczenie dla osób rozpoczynających karierę naukową. Dla debiutantów pierwsze oceny ich prac naukowych są punktami orientacyjnymi, do których odnoszą oni później swoją działalność naukową. Niejasne kryteria mogą zniechęcić utalentowanych i skierować ich zainteresowania poza naukę. Lokalne (narodowe) kryteria oceny, nieuwzględniające perspektywy międzynarodowej blokują również jej rozwój poza granicami.
