НАУКОВО-МЕТОДИЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ФАКТОРІВ ПРОСТОРОВОГО РОЗВИТКУ РЕГІОНУ

Abstract
Узагальнено систематизацію факторів, що забезпечують просторовий розвиток регіону. Актуальність обраної теми пояснюється необхідністю визначення взаємодій економічної, екологічної, соціальної, інноваційної складових для досягнення просторового розвитку регіону. Визначено показники ефективності за складовими потенціалу розвитку. Сформовано шляхи забезпечення просторового розвитку. Розроблено методичний підхід до визначення та оцінювання виробничого, інноваційного, споживчого, трудового, інфраструктурного, фінансового потенціалу. Запропоновано систему врахування екологічного, соціального, економічного та кримінального ризиків. Реалізовано методику для оцінювання потенціалу розвитку регіонів України. Визначено рівні потенціалу регіонів України.
