A RARE CASE OF URINARY BLADDER ENDOMETRIOSIS FOLLOWING CESAREAN SECTION

Abstract

  Endometriosis is a common benign gynecological disease characterized by the presence of ectopic endometrial tissue, outside the uterus. Involvement of the urinary tract however is rare with an occurence of 4%.1 We are reporting a case of endometriosis involving the Right posterior lateral wall of the urinary bladder, following Cesarean section.
