A SURVEY ON HEART DISEASE PREDICTION USING SOFT COMPUTING
Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering Sciences & Research Technology - Year 30, Vol 5, Issue 3
Abstract
Large number of people has being affected due to heart disease and it has become a major problem. One of such threat is Cardiovascular Disease (CVD). If it is not treated and detected at an early and proper stage may lead to death. Especially in medical sector there is no such adequate research focus on effective analysis tool to discover and trends in data. Large amount of complex clinical data of patients and other hospital resources are being generated by health care industry nowadays. In male as well as female, it is the first leading cause of death according to world health organisation (WHO). Various heart diseases are caused due to reduction in supply of blood and oxygen. Therefore main objective of our paper is to predict more accurately the percentage of possibility of cardiovascular disease in minimum number of attributes (like blood pressure, cholesterol, type of chest pain, blood sugar, etc). Many data mining techniques are used to analyse this rich collection of data from different perspectives and deriving useful information. This project intends to design and develop, diagnosis and prediction system for heart disease based on soft computing technique that is ANFIS.

PERFORMANCE AND EMISSION CHARACTERISTICS OF EUCALYPTUS OIL AND DIESEL BLEND IN FOUR STROKE SINGLE CYLINDER DIESEL ENGINE
Diesel engines are highly preferred for transportation since they are highly efficient and durable in the long run. However, because of lack of crude oil reserves, fuel cost and emission norms, alternative fuels are of...
MAINTAINANCE OF KAPLAN TURBINE TO ENHANCE THE EFFICIENCY
Hydro power plant is the source of renewable energy which leads to reduction in burning of fossil fuels. So the environment is no longer polluted. This project depicts how sediment erosion occurs in Kaplan turbine...
Evolution and Development of Crankshaft (Pratt & Whitney)-A Study
One of the things that made the original Pratt & Whitney “Wasp” so successful in 1926 when it first passed its type test was the ability to make its power at a higher RPM and a lighter weight than its competition. K...
COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH EVALUATION OF CONCRETE: A PARADIGMATIC USE OF WASTE (SAWDUST AND COW DUNG)
This research aims to find out the optimum compressive strength of concrete produced with partial replacement of cement with cow dung and fine aggregates with sawdust. The concrete mix of 1:2:4 was prepared using...
Set Partitioning in Hierarchical Trees (SPIHT)
A very effective and computationally simplest technique for image compression is Embedded Zerotree Wavelet(EZW)coding. here we defined an alternative principle of an operation of im principles are partial orderin...
