A SYSTEMIC AND STRUCTURAL APPROACH TO THE LEADERSHIP OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The author's vision of the problem of formation of the leadership of industrial enterprises in the market is provided on the basis of the structural approach. An enterprise is offered to be considered as a system consisting of a set of structures that interact in a certain way. The basic principles characterizing the systemic and structural approach as a concrete scientific method are defined to make a basis for consideration of the system purpose, the description of the model structure and the functional purpose of the subsystem structural components of the internal contour and the components of the company external environment in the logical sequence of their interaction. The main subsystems of the internal structure of an enterprise are identified, each of which realizes a certain kind of activity within the available types of resources. A model of an industrial enterprise leadership formation is offered on the basis the system approach.
