Analysis of Creep Life of Steam Turbine Blade by Using Different Material
Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering Sciences & Research Technology - Year 30, Vol 3, Issue 7
Abstract
Turbine Blades are the main component of any steam power plant and have to withstand in very high temperature. The main aim of this paper is to calculate the creep life of 210MW Reheat Reaction Turbine Blade by changing the different material and suggested the best material for the turbine blade, so the life of the turbine blade is increased to some extent. In this paper the modeling of blade is done in PRO-E and analysis of stress is done in ANSYS 14.5 FEA tool. After structural analysis of the turbine blade Modified Larson Miller Parameter is used to calculate the creep life of the turbine blade then the results are compared and finally some of the results are presented.

MOSFET Scaling and Small Geometry Effects
There have been proposed several sets of “rules” for scaling, for the purpose of discovering as much as possible the electrical consequences of MOSFET size reduction. Principle am There have been proposed several...
To Compare the Pulse Performance value on Multi User DS-CDMA System
In this proposed work we analyze the performance of different type of pulse shaping filters on the performance of DS-CDMA System using spreading sequences. We evaluate and compare the BER performance value of dif...
A Review of Experimental Study of Spring Back Effect of Aluminum Sheet Metal
To predict the exact shape, the geometry based punch contact program must be used. The shape changes once the punch is withdrawn, because of the materials elasticity. Prediction of such a spring back effect is a m...
SSSC WITH POD CONTROLLER FOR REACTIVE POWER COMPENSATION IN INDUCTION GENERATORS
One of the main problems faced by the Induction generator during fault is voltage sag. This phenomenon is really an undesirable one. The main aim is to introduce SSSC as a solution for this problem. It is connected in se...
