Automated Reverse Braking System
Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering Sciences & Research Technology - Year 30, Vol 3, Issue 4
Abstract
In this world mechatronics and automation of various systems have been developed just to reduce the time and human error. The automated braking system is a part of mechatronics. Presently the vehicle has alarm system for maintaining the safe distance between moving vehicle. When the vehicle gets too close to the object, the alarm is triggered this warns the driver about an object. But this feature has many problems and is prone to human error. We have developed a model,by using the same sensor system but with the automated breaking pneumatic system which restricts the backward motion of the vehicle. Our aim is to design the system which can avoid the accident in reversing the heavy loaded vehicles like trucks, buses and all the vehicles consisting of pneumatic braking system. For this purpose we have developed a model which consists of pneumatic cylinder, solenoid valve, IR sensors, control unit etc. which serves as the complete mechanism of automated braking system while reversing the vehicles.

Selection of Cationic Collector for Reduction of Alumina and Silica in Iron Ore Slimes of an Operating Plant by Flotation
Ultra fines or Slimes generated as overflow in screw classifiers in iron ore washing plants are generally treated in a single or multi-stage hydrocyclones to recover iron values. The underflow of the hydrocyclones forms...
A Review on Wireless Oscilloscope Powered by Android
The normal operation of any signal measuring device, is to take an input and display on a screen so as to measure it & for further processing.Unfortunately, these devices are too bulky and are not readily avai...
ADAPTIVE BEAMFORMING AND CANCELLATION OF JAMMER USING LINEAR ARRAY ANTENNA SYSTEM
The radiation pattern of an antenna depends on the type, size and parameters of feed current. To change the direction of maximum and minimum gain the mechanical steering is necessary. Electronic steering is only p...
A STUDY ON LOSS & COST MINIMIZATION BY USING HIGH VOLTAGE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
This paper presents a converter free system to improve the loss minimization and to reduce the cost of power distribution. The high voltage distribution system is implemented to reduce the loss in the present distr...
ANALYZING THE RETAILER'S PROFIT IN ELECTRICITY MARKET BASED ON CONSUMER'S BEHAVIOR
Due to exchange costs, only huge consumers select direct buy from wholesale market. Most small and medium consumers, buy energy from retail market (this market has bought electricity from wholesale market). In this model...
