MR analysis allowed complete assignments of three known mogrol glycosides, Mogroside IIA2 (1), II E (2)and IIIA1 (3), isolated from the extracts of Luo Han Guo. Herein, complete 1H and 13C NMR assignmentsof all threemogrosidesare described based on NMR experiments (1H NMR, 13C NMR, COSY, HSQC-DEPT, HMBC, NOESY and 1DTOCSY) and mass spectral data
