Journal Title: IOSR Journals (IOSR Journal of Computer Engineering) - Year 2014, Vol 16, Issue 1
Abstract
The focus of this paper is to develop an architecture using cloud for e-governance. Cloud computing offers an easy means of achieving the application model of e-Governance with multi-tenancy. We can use publicInternet as a type of communication medium and provide a framework, which can be used by every citizen in spite of his or her diversity & location. This model combines SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and SWAN (State wide area network) architecture. This model also gives the detailed level architecture of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and SWAN individually.
