EVALUAREA EFECTIVITĂȚII METODELOR DE PREVENIRE A CARIEI DENTARE LA COPII

Abstract
Scopul lucrării: evaluarea eficienţei metodelor de prevenire a cariei dentare la copii. Material şi metodă. În lucrare sunt prezentate rezultatele aplicării metodelor locale de prevenire a cariei dentare la 157 copii de 7 ani în decurs de 3 ani. Lotul martor l-au constituit 152 copii de aceeași vârstă. Eficienţa măsurilor cariopreventive a fost evaluată prin estimarea indicelui COA și determinarea testului de rezistenţă al smalţului la acţiunea acizilor. Rezultate. După 3 ani s-a constatat reducerea ratei indicelor cariei dentare la copiii din grupurile 1-7, comparativ cu grupul de referinţă. Concluzie: s-a constatat eficacitatea înaltă a aplicării preparatelor BioR şi Gluftored cu iradierea concomitentă a suprafeţelor dentare cu lumină laser în prevenirea cariei dentare la copiii.
