FORMATION THE LOGISTICS STRATEGY OF THE DEVELOPMENT RETAIL CHAINS

Abstract
The subject of this article is the principles of functioning and theoretical foundations of the logistics strategy of the development retail chains. The aim of work is to study theoretical base the logistics strategy of the development retail chains. Methodological principles are: to use the analysis of comparison, induction, deduction and synthesis in theoretical grounding the concept of "logistics strategy". The area of using may be different retail chains that provide people with food and non-food items. For example, "ATB - Market", "Silpo", "Fora", "Furshet", "Velikakishenyat", trade network «RINGOO», «Foxtrot", and others. It was obtained the following conclusion: the formation of logistics development strategy helps ensure the rational work of retail network, increase operation efficiency of retailers, effectively and intensively to be integrated into the international trade level, to respond to changes on time, and increase the competitiveness of the retail chain. It is found that logistics strategies are important levers for execution the strategic goals , for maintaining the competitiveness of retail chain in the market. Logistics strategies interact with functionally other strategies, and take all aspects from the supply of resources to the sale of finished products. For the effective development and using logistics strategies, it improves customer service and reduces all costs, increases the efficiency of working and the goals of retail chain, also it begins to appear prospects for economic growth and development.
