IMPROVEMENT OF THE REVIEWING PROСESS FOR CLOTHING COMPANIES STRATEGIES

Abstract
Despite the very considerable interest towards enterprise strategies, the process remains poorly researched. Therefore, the main aim of this paper is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of the revision strategies and possibilities of their practical application in clothing companies.Revealing the main content view (recombination) of companies strategies, it should be noted that its first task is to determine how changes in the environment affect the implementation of the strategy and the ability to achieve the objectives under the new conditions.Reviewing strategies in work is defined as a process that involves finding out possibilities of achieving the objectives under the new conditions and the need for changes in company strategy to minimize the negative impacts of the environment, and ensure its long-term operation and development.The process of reviewing business strategies should take place in a certain sequence. Before the strategy review the analysis of the general state of the industry, key competitors, their own competitive position should be done. Appropriate in this case is the wide range of general (analytical, statistical, mathematical economics, etc.) and specific methods and models for strategic analysis method (gap metod, experience curve, life cycle model, matrix model portfolio analysis). Particular attention should be paid to methods of portfolio analysis: growth-equity matrix BCG, matrix MCC (match analysis of business mission of the enterprise and its key competencies), 9-sector matrix GE / McKinsey, matrix ADL / LC, matrix strategies for business which is the stage of recession, growth matrix suggests Hussey (Hussey). In terms of finding out the need to review the competitive strategies of companies rather may also be useful as a matrix M. Porter, and modified matrix BCG, in the study of functional strategies – "price – quality" matrix, matrix of financial strategies of Franshon-Roman and other.According to a survey conducted among the largest manufacturers of apparel products, the author can conclude the necessity and usefulness of practical application revision strategies of enterprises to improve their competitive position, maintain stable functioning and development. Further exploration in this area include developing systems strategic goals
