Качество жизни у пациентов с непсихотическими психическими расстройствами, страдающих рецидивирующим панкреатитом

Abstract
Метою дослідження було вивчити якість життя та клінічні особливості непсихотичних психічних розладів у хворих на гострий та хронічний панкреатит. Поліморфні психічні порушення різного клінічного змісту і ступеня вираженості не тільки в більшості випадків коморбідні захворюванням підшлункової залози, але й часто є першими найбільш ранніми клінічними проявами захворювання. Наведено дані про клініко-психопатологічні особливості непсихотичних психічних розладів у хворих на гострий та хронічний панкреатит. Встановлено питому вагу й описані провідні синдроми: астено-невротичний та тривожно-депресивний. Дослідження проводилось за допомогою таких методів: клінічного психіатричного опитувальника загального типу MOS Short Form-36 Health Survey (SF-36) та методів математичної обробки. Вибірку склав 131 хворий на гострий та хронічний панкреатит. Розглянуто особливості психічних порушень і психопатологічна структура непсихотичних психічних розладів, що були клінічним варіантом дебюту гострого та хронічного панкреатиту. Виявлено різні показники якості життя при гострому та хронічному панкреатиті, а також при наявності психічних порушень.
