Key success factors of modern organizations. The innovation perspective

Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to present the relationship between dis-ruptive technologies, value innovation and open innovations. The new approach is the antithesis of the traditional innovation, vertical model, focusing on the internal mechanisms of the organization. It turns out, however, that the main source, so the success and failures of modern enterprises is their environment. And that is where current organizations need to look for inspiration and knowledge for further success.
