L’église Sainte Sophie de Trébizonde – un repère dans l’architecture religieuse byzantine

Abstract
L’article ci-joint présente un repère dans l’architecture religieuse byzantine: il s’agit de l’Église Sainte Sofia de Trébizonde. Après avoir présenté les diverses phases de construction et restauration, l’auteur y présente quelques données sur la tour clocher, la tourelle, la peinture de l’édifice ecclésiastique, le programme iconographique du narthex et de la nef.
