Abstract

 The paper reveals a number of new approaches to business management: development of a market philosophy of management of the company that brings together staff in a team, a new scientific system of evaluation of leaders, put forward in a reserve, a professional diagnosis of managers, the management of the development of creative initiative of workers, the new system restructuring.
