Abstract
Târgovişte Plain is the largest relief entity of this kind in Dâmboviţa County, with a highly favorable potential for human settlements. The area situated at the contact between Târgovişte Plain and the Sub-Carpathians, considered from the viewpoint of the factors of natural and technological risk, concerns especially the localities situated north of Târgovişte Municipality, respectively the localities: Sotânga, Aninoasa, Răzvad, Gura Ocniţei
