Abstract

 The subject of this article is an actual because the network economy performs one of the main forms of business organization. This article analyzes the various scientific approaches to the definition of "network economy", examines periods of network economy in Ukraine and in the world, its components are considered some of the processes, in consequence of which was the formation of the network economy and its extension. The aim of the study is periodization network economy, the definition of the stages of its development, detection their characteristics, advantages and contradictions. In the presented conclusions made by the theoretical synthesis of conceptual approaches and modern ideas about the formation of the network economy and its development.
