OPTIMIZATION OF CHOICE OF OUTSOURCING SERVICE BY PORT OPERATOR

Abstract
This paper analyzes economic and mathematical models to optimize costs and timing of business process port operator when choosing a provider of outsourcing services. The object of study is practical principles of cost management port operator based outsourcing. The purpose of the article - the construction of economic and mathematical model selection process outsourcer port operator. Methodological principles of study is a systematic approach to the analysis of economic phenomena and processes, basic position analysis by domestic and foreign scholars on the choice of outsourcer port operator. It was established that the interests of the port operator and outsourcer match at achieving the goal to maximize profits per unit time. If the port operator for the service provider chooses outsourcing services capable of handling its business process in a shorter time, and thus more willing to pay for it, even in this case outsourcer profitable to increase their costs, reduce the time and get more revenue. Conversely, not being able to set a higher value of outsourcing for port operators, is not interested in shortening the execution of business processes, since in this case it possible costs exceed revenues. The result of the study is to build economic and mathematical model selection criterion intensity outsourcer for profit, where control parameters are the costs of port operator, duration of the business process and the risks associated with outsourcing.
