Polityka dywidend w świetle teorii hierarchii źródeł finansowania

Abstract
W artykule badano związek poziomu asymetrii informacji z zakresem wykorzystania zysków zatrzymanych przez przedsiębiorstwa w Polsce. Asymetria informacja była mierzona za pomocą Syntetycznej Miary Asymetrii In-formacji skonstruowanej na podstawie 9 wskaźników. Przedstawione analizy wskazują na to, że przedsiębiorstwa charakteryzujące się wyższym poziomem asymetrii informacji mają wyższy poziom zysków zatrzymanych. Uzyskane wyniki są zatem zgodne z tezami teorii hierarchii źródeł finansowania.
