Significant association was seen between prevalence of DM and age, Obesity and Hypertension. Conclusions: It was observed that the prevalence of DM is higher in urban area as compared to Rural Area. Adults with age >40 years, Obesity and Hypertension are more likely to develop Diabetes Mellitus. Control of DM mandates lifestyle modification and control of risk factors.
