PREZENŢA ROMANĂ LA DUNĂREA DE JOS ŞI CONFLICTELE CU GEŢII ŞI DACII PÂNĂ LA CAMPANIA LUI TRAIAN

Abstract
De-a lungul timpului au existat numeroşi istorici care au scris despre prezenţa romanilor la Dunărea de Jos. Dintre izvoarele antice îi menţionăm ca autori pe Tacitus, Cassius Dio, Iordanes iar dintre autori moderni îi menţionăm pe Radu Vulpe şi Ion Barnea care au abordat subiectul privind prezenţa Romanilor la Dunărea de Jos într-un mai context larg; Adrian Rădulescu a realizat o sinteză care are 2 scopuri: a) revizuirea întregului material documentar care a stat la baza studiilor monografice; b) continuarea relatărilor istorice; M. Petrescu – Dâmboviţa , Hadrian Daicoviciu, Dan Gh. Teodor, Ligia Barzu şi Florentina Preda au abordat acest subiect prezentând Istoria României de la începuturi până în secolul al VIII-lea etc.
