PROBLEMS OF THE LEASING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The crisis in economic situation in Ukraine threatened by any enterprise financial problems. One of the key problems in the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine is the restoration and development of the economic potential, capable to provide a production oriented on the activity in the conditions of modern market relations. One of the most important factors of development is renovation of fixed assets in enterprises of industries using leasing services and operations. The subject of the article is the issue of the formation and functioning of the mechanisms of development of leasing relations. The objective is the analysis of leasing in Ukraine, the detection of problems of formation and functioning of the mechanisms of development of leasing relations in different spheres, as well as to identify the factors due to which is provided by the increasing production efficiency in the use of leasing relations. Conclusions: the development of leasing as a special form of lease relations occurs in low investment activity. Despite this, there are certain prerequisites for the solution to this problem.
