REABILITAREA COMPLEXĂ MORFOFUNCȚIONALĂ A PACIENȚILOR CU EDENTAȚII PARȚIALE TERMINALE BILATERALE ȘI DISFUNCȚII MANDIBULO-CRANIENE

Abstract

 Au fost examinaţi şi trataţi complex 30 pacenţi(12b,18f) în vârstă de 42-68 ani cu edentaţii parţiale terminale şi disfuncţii mandibulo-craniene (DMC), confirmate prin examenul clinic-instrumental şi paraclinic (tomografia computerizată, electromoigrafia, condilografia, tehnica wax-up). Manifestările clinice ale DMC sau dovedit a fi dependente de timpul apariţiei breşelor arcadelor dentare şi topografia lor, tipul de ocluzie, numărul perechilor de dinţi antagonişti etc. A fost elaborat conceptul de reabilitare complexă care include: terapia analgetică şi miorelaxantă la indicaţii, a procedurilor fizioterapeutice, repoziţionarea mandibulo-craniană şi tratamentul protetic individualizat.
