Selected problems in evaluating the effectiveness the health care system. The perceived quality of the service relationship

Abstract
Study evaluating the effectiveness the problems with perceived quality, requires understanding of the relationship and the specific services, social character. These activities are important not only for the health sector, as it allows to create sets of measurements and thus gradually improve the quality of services, but also are important for the development of management sciences. Further development of the theory-cognitive problems, however, will evaluating the effectiveness depends on the development of the social sector. Patients identify attributes of the perceived quality of health services, the role of the institutions and their staff will become streamline the process of medical services.
