Selected Problems of Operational Risk Management in The Enterprise

Abstract
The aim of the article is analysis of selected aspects of operational risk management in the enterprise. The article focuses on selected logistics concepts of inventory management and their impact on operational risk management in contemporary enterprises. The first part presents theoretical aspects of the inventories creation in the enterprise. Next part describes risks associated with creating and maintaining the inventories. The third part presents some logistics concepts of inventory management and their impact on operational risk management in contemporary enterprises.
