Abstract
Представленные в систематизированном виде взгляды на моделирование жизнеспособной системы вертикально интегрированных систем позволяет формализовать структурно-функциональное определение VIS как иерархически организованная по принципу рекурсивных систем, и описать количественную основу для принятия решений в целенаправленной деятельности и учитывать неоднородность VIS компонентов с точки зрения целеполагания.
