Abstract
Strategy development in the region is important from the outset to involve in the process of analyzing the situation in the region, the main group effect on strategically important decisions taken, then decisions will be made consistent, and the implementation will take place with less resistance, as stakeholders will be able to harmonize and unify their positions from the start.
