SOME ASPECTS OF SURGICAL REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH MANDIBULAR FRACTURES

Abstract
Maxillofacial trauma is a common pathology in OMF surgery and have a strong impact physiognomic aspect requiring rehabilitation as close to the natural. In the present presentation we chose to raise a series of clinical cases that have used different methods of modern and classic treatment for patients with facial trauma associated reabitarea. Achieving accurate and affordable treatment remains a goal for any human community regardless of geographic area. The precarious economic situation is strongly associated with impaired health. Keeping the cost of treatments at affordable levels is becoming increasingly difficult due to rapid technological advances, the increasing cost of medical activities, but also due to increased demands of patients. Facial trauma although many times seen as unproblematic in its acute phase, but in many cases associated or multiple trauma can have significant long-term consequences in many cases required retreatment is lengthy and costly.
