Static Analysis of Go-Kart Chassis by Analytical and Solid Works Simulation
Journal Title: International Journal of Modern Engineering Research (IJMER) - Year 2015, Vol 5, Issue 4
Abstract
This paper aims to do modelling, simulation and performing the static analysis of a go kart chassis consisting of Circular beams. Modelling, simulations and analysis are performed using 3-D modelling software i.e. Solid Works and ANSYS according to the rulebook provided by Indian Society of New Era Engineers (ISNEE) for National Go Kart Championship (NGKC-14).The maximum deflection is determined by performing static analysis. Computed results are then compared to analytical calculation, where it is found that the location of maximum deflection agrees well with theoretical approximation but varies on magnitude aspect
Geochemistry and Genesis of Kammatturu Iron Ores of Devagiri Formation, Sandur Schist Belt, Karnataka, India
The Greenstone belts of Karnataka are enriched in BIFs in Dharwar craton, where Iron formations are confined to the basin shelf, clearly separated from the deeper-water iron formation that accumulated at...
Detection of Stall Region during Testing of Compressor
Most of the algorithms for anti surge control for industrial centrifugal compressor work on the data taken from various process parameters . In recent years , some more works have been done to co- relate the co...
Iterative Non-Parametric Method for Manipulating Missing Values of Heterogeneous Datasets by Clustering
:-Machine learning and data mining retort heavily on a large amount of data to build learning models and make predictions. There is a need for quality of data, thus the quality of data is ultimately important. Many...
A Novel Information Accountability Framework for Cloud Computing
Cloud computing is an emerging paradigm in the computer industry where the computing is moved to a cloud of computer systems. The cloud computing core concept is, simply, that the vast computing resources that we n...
Orientation Effects of Stress Concentrators on the Material Deformation Behaviour during Tensile Testing of Thin AISI 316 Stainless Steel Strips
Present investigation pertains to carry out to experimental work to generate data in order to establish the mode of material deformation and fracture in AISI 316 stainless steel strips of 1.70mm thickness in the presen...
