STRATEGIC CONSIDERATIONS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF STATE DENTAL CHISINAU

Abstract
Organizational aspects of public dental services in Chisinau at the moment, has a structure with a low degree of efficiency and productivity, and the difficulties and inconsistencies dictated by existing management principles affect the stability and development of a constructive and fair competition with the private sector in the field . Reorganization of such specialized outpatient care, the updating and adjustment of the normative-legal, economic and financial management becomes a vital and inevitable strategic opportunity, the implementation of which will ensure the functionality of dentistry state prosperous market economy.
