The analysis of the diversity of financing the long term-care within the health insurance fund in Poland

Abstract
The article presents the essence and diversity of financing the long-term care services in Poland along with a detailed financial analysis based on contracts with National Health Fund (NHF). The system structure of financing the long-term care and territorial structure of the analyzed region determine the amount and level of financing services within NHF. In particular, the impact of spending on long-term care services have a demographic structure of residents of provinces, as well as policy of regional branches NHF.
