Abstract
Recently, it is significant to use technologies in many fields, where as it is very crucial to implement technology within libraries of universities, which reflects the degree of job satisfaction as well, the aim of this research was to estimate the degree of job satisfaction for employees working in libraries through the use of electronic systems and technologies, and its role in their job and developing their performance.
