The Management of logistics processes – the case study

Abstract
The article described the management of physical and information flows, which are part of supply chain management is a part of his supply logistics, production and distribution. The supply process connect participants – influences the level of stock, costs of transportation and production planning. The basic of production logistics is to eliminate the stocks and restricting the movement of materials, in which there is supply on JIT system. The logistics of distribution is important in customer service. The last paragraph was presented in the enterprise supply chain in BerlinerLuft.
